What does it cost to attend Grace Center?
We offer a Complimentary Visit, so there is no charge for your first day!
Our daily fee is $92, and we offer discounts of $10, $20 and $30 per day based on income. Long term health insurance policies usually pay for adult day services, and Veterans Services may be able to help. We also have a contract with the State for Medicaid clients, Benton County Developmentally Disabled and Oregon Project Independence may also be available. We have always been committed to providing discounts and accepting reduced payments from government based programs so that individuals from all income levels can benefit from our services.

- Field trips, including transportation
- Music Therapy Classes

- MORNING HALF DAY FEE = $51.00
8:00 am to 11:30 am (up to 3.5 hours)
AFTERNOON HALF DAY FEE = $46.00
1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (up to 3.5 hours)
- Daily exercise programs (group classes and supervised ambulation)
- Therapeutic activities and socialization
- Activity supplies and craft materials
- Blood pressure, pulse, and weight monitoring
- Individualized plan of care
- Personal care services, if needed
- Health care consultation and monitoring by Registered Nurse
- Medication administration and monitoring, if needed

Optional Lunch Services and Fees
Lunch Service following the morning program = $63.00
Morning program AND lunch is from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Lunch Service followed by the afternoon program = $56.00
Lunch service AND afternoon program is from 11:45 am to 4:30 pm
- Nutritious meal which meets Child and Adult Care Food Program Standards
- Modification of consistency, if needed (cut up meat, puree, etc.)
- Monitoring for swallowing difficulty and amount eaten, if needed
- Prompting, cuing, and coaxing, if needed
- Personal care services, if needed
- Medication administration and monitoring, if needed
